Alexandra has a background in various roles within politics and communication. Before she started at IKEA in 2011 she worked as Brand Manager and Communication Specialist in the Group Executive Committee of Region Skåne. Alexandra has studied media and communication science and has a bachelor of Political Sciences at the University in Örebro, Sweden. At IKEA Alexandra has worked as a business area manager for Global Print, with the main assignment to lead the team that produces the IKEA catalogue. In her current job Alexandra is Communication Manager for IKEAs largest internal communication channel (it’s the worlds coolest job if you ask her!) where the IKEA Business plan comes to life in an extraordinary exhibition. Alexandra is also the owner and creative leader of Happy Rebel AB which focuses on growing strong leaders with happy rebel hearts that walk the talk.
